Hey Fools,

So Eli says we should meet early tonight despite the fact that he can't get there till after 8pm.

I can meet as early as 7pm.

This Sunday, after the FFA, will be our final run through with everyone before tech (which is this Wednesday at 6pm). Can we make sure to have all props and costumes by this sunday? So that when Wednesday gets here we won't be introducing a TON of new things? Like tonight, if you can bring whatever props you have, that'd be awesome, so we can see what we're missing.

We open for Dang Judy this Fri @ upstairs and then we're doing some show at PG on Sat too. Please please please let's be entirely off book by Sunday night. Can everyone dedicate time this weekend to achieving that goal? So that tonight is the last night for scripts in hand.

Eli, do you need help writing a cue sheet for Andrew?

I can print running orders for backstage.

Would anyone be opposed to inviting someone to watch our rehearsal Sunday night and give notes? Just so we have an unbiased person telling us what is hitting and what isn't so we have time to tweak stuff? If we can't get Andrew to do it, does anyone else have a suggestion of a friend who could do it? I could ask my coach for my incubator team, but I want to know if Andrew can do it first.

Also, the show is at 8 tomorrow night. I made a mistake and said 10. What a big dumb idiot. Daaang Judi Dench wants to go out tomorrow night after the show. 

Let's meet at 7 if we can. I know a couple of us might have shows tonight.

I can't make the show tomorrow night.

I'll be at rehearsal at 8:30 tonight.

Carol -- I can do the audio cd and cues for Andrew. I'll have that done by Sunday.

Most of my props will be made on Tuesday.
