Training together for the Delhi Half Marathon on Dec 15th

The countdown for the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon has begun:

Week 12 starts Dec 9th Week 11 starts Dec 2nd Week 10 starts Nov 25th
Week 9 starts Nov 18th Week 8 starts Nov 11th Week 7 starts Nov 4th
Week 6 Oct 28th

Below is a training plan from the Marathon training legend Hal Higdon for the Intermediate runners' (which includes most of us running between 1:30 and 2:30 who have run a few Half Marathons earlier

I would suggest swapping weeks 6 and 7 and do a 10K race on Nov 10th in NOIDA at the 8th NOIDA Running And Living 10K. Registrations close Nov 3rd - info and regn at http://runningandliving.com/noidahalfmarathon/
End of week 9 is a 15km race - you could sign up for the 10.55km Race or do a measured Half Marathon Run at the Gurgaon Running And Living  Marathon and a Half on Nov 24th - more at http://runningandliving.com/Gurgaonmarathonandahalf/ where registrations close on Nov 10th - we would love to run into you there
