ADHM and SCMM qualifiers (does the Edinburgh Half marathon count?)

Hi everyone!

I've been a part of this group for quite a long time but started taking running *really* seriously when I moved to the UK last year. I've been running quite regularly now and ran my first half marathon in Edinburgh this May. I was wondering if my Edinburgh Half Marathon chip time can be used to sign up for the ADHM or SCMM, and what other races I can sign up for once I return to India this August.
