BUYING A NEW CYCLE

I am a first timer and I have been to the Cycle Market Jhandewalan where I have seen some very good looking models of Firefox ranging between 6,700/- to 16,000/-. Please someone suggest which cheap & best model should I go for to start with.

depends where u want to ride, and how much u want to continue cycling.
Trek, Firefox and similar that u get are all imported and they are
mostly used by professionals or regular riders. If u r looking for a
starting cycle, look for Hercules. Hercules Act series are now a very
decent buy. So u may check that out. otherwise if u are hell Bent on
going for a Firefox, then DONT!! I dont hv anything personally against
FireFox apart frm the fact that they are Heavy!! if u want to go for
an Imported one, try Trek 3500 which costs around 16.5K

If u really wanna take it seriously ,take the Trek - 3500 or 3700  almost same price, best buy and value for money ..

also they have a good re- sale value in case u eventually loose interest too..

but the feel of Trek bikes is really different from other bikes ..
