>>Consent forms must be duly filled and signed/stamped by the head of the institution and the same has to be deposited at our Central Resource Centre at Flat no. 4, Staff Quarters, Modern School,
Barakhamba Road, Delhi on any weekday from 10am-6pm. Ms Malbika Majumdar (Ph: 011-43612686) will be there to help you. The institution is supposed to keep a copy with themselves for future correspondence.
Alternatively, you can mail us the scanned copy of the duly filled and signed Consent form to Mr Rajiv Giri <rajiv...@spicmacay.com> or Ms Usha Ravichandran <usharavi...@spicmacay.com>.
>>Sincere and responsible students are to be identified from the institutions intending to organise a SPIC MACAY program, who will be responsible for everything connected to the program under the able guidance of their faculty incharge. The idea is to sensitize the youth to be the champion of preserving and promoting Indian Heritage. SPIC MACAY movement is "for the youth", "of the youth" and "by the youth".
Ofcourse the senior people have a bigger role to play.
>>The institution must invite at least 5 neighbouring institutions' head.
>>Letters of Invitations for the Guest of Honour
to at least 10 eminent/distinguished local citizens/ Senior Bureaucrats must be
sent. And a copy of the letters must be submitted along with the ‘program
report’ to SPIC MACAY after the program is over immediately within 2 working
days.
>>It is the duty of the institution to know the Artist's travel and accommodation detail from the SPIC MACAY coordinator(s) or from the Artists. And plan their program accordingly.
>>Registration
fees, all dues and Program Report (along with photographs) to be submitted to SPIC MACAY after the
program is over immediately within 2 working days. A sample program report is attached herein.
>>Cheque/
Demand Draft must be drawn in favour of: SPIC
MACAY. The same can be deposited at our Central Resource Centre at Flat no. 4, Staff Quarters, Modern School,
Barakhamba Road, Delhi on any weekday from 10am-6pm. Mr Manoj Jha (Ph: 011-32594087) will be there to help you.
>>Press Release to be submitted (along with photographs) to the local
newspapers after the program is over, immediately within 1 working day. A sample
Press Release is attached with this mail.
>>No banner of any sponsor or SPIC MACAY should be
placed inside the hall/auditorium. The backdrop should be kept very simple with
only the SPIC MACAY ‘eye’ logo.
>>Outside the hall/ auditorium, a poster/banner with list
of SPIC MACAY’s supporters should be put up.The same can be collected from the SPIC MACAY's Resource Centre
>>No movement must be permitted once the program has started. The hall/ auditorium should have soft lighting while the program is going on
(not fully off, not fully on).
>>"Checklist cum status report of the program to be organised" must be shared with local SPIC MACAY coordinator atleast two days prior to the program.
