It gives us immense pleasure to convey that the St. Stephens College Chapter of SPIC MACAY is organizing its Annual Cultural Fiesta : VIRASAT 2013 from October 1, 2013 to October 4, 2013. This year the event celebrates renowned artists like Pt Deepak Maharaj son of Pandit Birju Maharaj ji, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt (Grammy award winner) and Ustad Rehmat Khan Langa (Rajasthani Folk Musician). The event will be held at the college hall, the details of which have been enlisted below briefly:
Day 1 (1st October)
Rajasthani Folk Music by Ustad Rehmat Khan Langa and group (at 5:00pm)
Day 2 (2nd October)
Heritage walk to Humayun's Tomb (at 10:00am)
Day 3 (3rd October)
Mohan Veena Instrumental piece by Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt at (5:00pm)
Day 4 (4rd October)
Classical Dance Performance by Pt. Deepak Maharaj (at 3:00pm)
With great joy and honor, we would like to cordially invite you and the members of Spic Macay to this Four Day Cultural Extravaganza to celebrate the rich and dynamic cultural heritage of our country with a spirit of togetherness and bliss.
