Confirmation of Id

In field we identified this bird as painted Francolin female. But I am not sure. Something is not right. My hunch is that it might be a juvenile. 

Taken in 30 August 2022 near Ajmer

I would agree with it being a juvenile female Painted Francolin. It still has down on its crown.
