Common Ringed Plover 2

Location- Chandu budhera, Gurgaon District, Haryana, India

In comparison to Little Ringed Plover, the bird was obviously larger, had prominent orange legs, absent yellow eye ring, bicolored bill with orange base (although mud is making it tough to observe), a broader black breast band, and different head pattern (smaller supercilium, less uniform pattern and more white supercilium and forehead.) The white wing bar was observed when the bird was preening.
