If Guest Teacher getting payment on the basis of lecture taken by him/her. They not get salary for extra lecture. They were not getting fix salary for whole month. They didn't have payments of holidays. then Is it compulsory for him/her to stay in school whole day? Or responsibility as Class Teacher, Taking Remedial classes without payments Or Bus Duty etc.? Please reply.

Yes, As per the Agreement, they have to do every work like Regular Teachers i.e. Class Teachership, Remedial Classes, Preparing of Result. But when they work in holidays, they will be paid the salary of that day whether they worked for one hour or more.

Then they have to pay for remedial class taken but responsibility of class can be given.
