I am working as PGT in a reputed Public school since 1987, DUE to school policies, there is no promotion avenues for Post Graduate teachers
Although I am Sr most teacher and Sr COORDINATOR the school.
I have completed my 30 years in July 2017,but still not got 3rd MACP .
As per Management there is no problem in my ACR but there is technical reason. Reason stated is that grade pay of Rs 7600 is not meant for teachers.
I need clarification about it and kindly forward
the rules regarding this aspect.
Also I want to a regular member of this forum.
Please state the procedure for it.
