dears,
The Sixth pay commission's anomoly for the teachers is one amongst all.
the CCS(RP) rules 2008, advise and directs the implementation of sixth pay commission. Rule 7 reads that the teacher who has been drawing lesser pay than the teacher who recruited on or after 1.1.2006 maybe stepped up with certain conditions. so the seniors prior to 1.1.2006 may have a sigh of relief. besides, Rule 5 reads that the teachers who are promoted or received financial upgradation between the 1.1.2006 and date of notification may get the chance to fix in the revised pay scale, and hence those section of teachers may receive the justified pay..
My question is the what about the teachers who recruited after the date of notification? Are they not eligible for higher pay fixation? what could we do...? Let me know the clarification regarding the anomoly arising out of sixth paycommission those who are promoted after the date of notification..
