Bunching benefit after pay fixation under SC order

First of all heartiest congratulations to all The beneficiaries whose pay will be fixed at 17140 as on 01/01/2006 as per SC order.
Now that the question of wrong fixation has been resolved after SC order, the next step under 6th CPC is to grant bunching and give one increment for every two stages.
All teachers working in DELHI govt school must, therefore ask their HOS to grant them bunching benefit as well, if their joining as TGT is prior to 01/01/2006 , and get their salary fixed accordingly.

SC order for Pay equal to Direct Employee but bunching is not been ordered as in Somvir Rana Case, they did not demand for the same.

Sir if a assistant teacher got acp in 2005and fixed on 5500_9000scale,thereafter he got promotion in 2008,and his pay fixed on 16290in 2006,so whether he is eligible for 17140in 2006,.......he was not Tgt in 2006,he was pet but getting scale of tgt
