dghes pensioner advance for dialysis

sir / madam
my greetings to you as i visited your site it helped me a lot in many way .my father is a retired pensioner from the post of principal. he is a kidney patient and now on dialysis . every day i have to fight with the hospital management and show them this rule or that rule to get him treated . now he is on peritoniel dialysis . and the monthly expense for that is around rs30000/month. i went to dghes office in karkardooma and they told me i can apply for advance for this thing upto 50000. now i want to know how to do this .they told me doctor will make an estimate but he said he cannot do it . as he doesnt know the rates and everything and what should i do to get it done plz tell me some way is there any book or website which can help me plz help me on human ground i will be highly obliged and thankful to you for my whole life plz help me

Thanks for visiting DSTF. Please let us know that why you have to pay Cash, as there is a Cashless facility for pensionors.

thanks for ur reply and sorry for my late revert .sir my father is having cashless facility but they have asked me to buy certain things such as peritoneal cathreter etc which are not availabe with the hospital and when i approached dghes they say certain things has to be purchased by patient and later we can go for reimbursement . i dont know there is such rule or so please help me with this matter
