I worked as a primary teacher in MCD for 9 years and 3 months and then was promoted to TGT in Directorate of education. There I worked for 1 year and 5 months and then took EOL for 7 months for going abroad. Then I joined back my duties and applied for 2 years' EOL for going abroad but only leave for 1 year was approved.Now 1 year has expired and I have to resume my dutiess but I need EOL for more 2 years for the same reason.
Please let me know is it possible to get EOL for next 2 years.

LEAVE IS NOT A MATTER OF RIGHT.
As you wrote that you have already sanctioned 1 year & 7 month EOL. An employee can get max. 5 yrs. EOL in whole service but sanctioning of leave depends upon the appointing authority. You can Try with Genuine reason.
