a permanent teacher of a private Delhi school resigned on 30/07/14 & gave 90 days notice. he had 67 days Earned Leave pending to him, which he asked to be adjusted towards balance notice period.he attended school till 31/08/14 & was relieved at the end of that day. how will his EL be adjusted & till what time will he be paid salary?

As per Your mail, you told that you gave 3 month resignation Notice on 30/07/3014 and attended the school upto 30/08/2014. In our opinion you have to deposite, 2 months salary to get resignaiton.
