fixation of pay

I am Kusum Lata Dhamija, retired on 31-12-2019.
Desgnation:-TGT maths Qualification:B.Sc.
Pay Scales-9300-34800 (GP-5400)
MACPC 3rd received wef 2013 with PB-3

Basic as on 31-12-2015 : 25,850
GP : 5,400
HRA (30%) : 9,375
TA (119% 0f 3200) : 7,008

Revised BP wef Jan-2016 wasfixed Rs.82600 as per 7 CPC matrix (9300-34800), which is correct as per 9300-34800 pay band.

But at the time of retirement on 31-12-2018 my BP was reduced to
Rs. 82400 (wef Jan-2016), which has reduced all my retiremental benefits and pension. This table is not in the pay band 9300-34800.

How it was calculated ?
