If principal misplaces the reiimbursement of medical file.

when i made a rti application for checking the status of my medical reimbursement file , she replied me in written that file is in rd office.

but during the period she told me that my file has been misplaced and to trace my file i have to go to rd office for tracing the file. rd office told that somebody from school has taken the file.

and principal is denying.

so I want to know that to do if principal or rd office misplaces medical reimbursement file, and when i asks her she says that she dont know what to do now. she will get the information and tell it later and now it has been passed one month but she don't give any answer.

i retained a copy of that application .
