What is the procedure for availing Home Town LTC. How can I convert my Home Town LTC and How many EL I can Encash on LTC.

Your Status is not clear whether you are New or Old Employee. The Employee appointed after 01-01-2006 can avail Three Home Town and One All India LTC in block of 4 yr. upto 8 year of Service. You can convert one Home LTC to visit J & K or North-East by Air. You can Encash 10 EL during LTC.
