Leaves after vacation

Hello,

My mother is a teacher in govt aided school, I would like her to spend sometime with me and her grandson in USA during summer vacation but if she does not join back on the day school reopens all her leaves will get counted basically no salary for 2 months. Please could someone advice what can be done. The vacation starts 11th May and online shows teachers need to join on 29th June 2020.
