for promotion as a vice principal or principal post by disabled tgt teacher

sir i am disabled teacher of gnct of delhi aided school working in last 5 years and now this year our school vice principal will be retired i want to know that in our school from its stablising till date no disabled teacher become vice principal kindly guided me should i eligibal for this post or what is the rules need for vp/principal post needed by disabled teacher. and what is the formula of government school disable teacher need to become vp/principal or rules of dopt for promotion same post by ph teacher
