Dear All,

It has been a while since we have all come together for an activity and to think of ways forward for the Alliance for Safe Food. The last meeting was on the 14^th of October where a lot of good ideas came about for what the objective of the alliance should be. We have also had a successful public consultation on the BRAI Bill following the alliance meeting on the 16^th of November where we stressed on what were the major concerns with the BRAI Bill.

We are meeting up again this month to think of ways to engage the residents of Delhi on the issue of GM foods and on larger issues of safe food.  And since we are in the middle of the winter session of Parliament, it would be very inspiring to have a public activity on the BRAI Bill, which could be tabled  anytime this session. We would love to have all you there with your concerns, ideas and enthusiasm.
