Preregister visitors through our online web interface or mobile application. As soon as visitors are registered, the system will trigger the workflow to complete background checks and clearance against a watch list or identity database. Splan visitor management empowers employees to manage changes to visitor information or schedules without calling the front desk or waiting in line.

Splan provides an automated method of communication by sending SMS/email/automated phone call notifications to visitors/employees for sign-in/out. When a visitor signs in, Splan immediately notifies their host via email/SMS/automated phone call with visitor details. Notifications can also be sent to selected persons or all visitors in case of emergency. Notification templates are configurable to meet your company's communication standards to notify users about visitor pre-registrations, sign-in/out, escort sign-in and any exceptions.

Our facial recognition software helps capture visitor facial coordinates so that a returning visitor can complete the visitor registration and check-in process faster. Splan can also identify visitors on the watch-list and if necessary notify security for immediate action.

With increasing security concerns, creating dependable workflows to approve visit requests can be challenging at times. Splan makes it easy to review visit requests at various stages with configurable workflows. Security teams can be notified when visitors are flagged with watchlist profile matches. Approvals can be configured at different stages of the visitor life cycle. Notifications for approvals and rejections can be easily configured.

Splan seamlessly integrates with various industry leading access control systems for visitor check-in and check-out. Splan provides a highly configurable solution allowing organizations to dynamically change their integration parameters based on unique requirements, per site or location. Splan supports provisioning proximity badges or dynamically generated badge numbers to all leading access control providers. Badge numbers can be printed on the label and can be used on turnstiles for access.

Splan provides a Tenants module for property owners to manage visitors for tenant companies. Tenants can manage their own visitors and have complete access & control to configure the system. Property owners can centrally manage all visitors across all buildings at different locations while keeping the data segmented for each facility and tenant.

The Splan vendor management module allows you to manage third party service providers like housekeeping, janitorial services, and maintenance contractors. Splan allows vendors to login using secure credentials to manage the portal with a designated vendor coordinator. The coordinator can schedule and manage visitors through Splan, making vendor coordination easy.

Splan UNIFIED BADGING / Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) Solution is uniquely designed and implemented to offer fully integrated, automated workflows and security insights to empower the business process owners such as building/facility/room managers and reporting managers, security administrators to review and manage the access requests for employees, contractors and visitors on a centralized security platform.

Self-Service Functions: Employees and contractors can request for badge, temporary access, assets, visitors, room booking, parking permits, deliveries etc from user friendly web, mobile interfaces, and self-service kiosks. Based on user requests, and policies, splan automatically initiates the workflow requests to notify reporting managers, room owners/managers and security admins to review the access request and make well informed decisions to approve/deny.

Customers can implement within Splan Unified Identity & Badging solution by integrating with Workday HR Feed for all the new hire, job change, and termination requests to initiate the workflow notifications based on policies and automatically provision/deprovision into Lenel OnGuard / Software House CCure and various other Access Control systems.

Badge Access Management: Employees can request for badges using self-service functions or walk-in to security desk and security team can process the badge requests and can review and print them from splan system or CCure access control system. Splan reconciles the data across Workday, Sailpoint and CCure to avoid duplicate badges, reduce security risks and costs.

Splan centralizes all the security functions to effectively manage, physical access requests, visitor requests, parking permits, temporary badges, mobile credentials, access reviews, deliveries, room bookings and much more.

Reports & Dashboards: Splan offers various out of the box identity, card holder, visitors, security, audit reports and actionable dashboards personalized based on roles and permissions of the user. For ex: Employee can see their own requests whereas security admin can see of the reports and dashboards across the organizations.

Symbol library

sPlan contains quite extensive libraries for various areas such as electronics, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc. Missing symbols can easily be created and added to the library. This allows you to assemble your personal library according to your wishes. You can adjust the appearance of the library, like the width or the number of displayed columns. You can also create new libraries, which are located on network drives, so that many users can use the same library.

Moving, rotating, shearing, scaling

You can easily move, rotate, shear or scale all elements on your schematic just with your mouse. There are no special menu functions or other commands necessary. This is only one example for the intuitive and simple handling of sPlan.

One project - many pages

A project can contain as many pages as you need. You can switch between the pages with a single mouse click. The pages can be easily sorted, added or deleted. You can even import and export pages to exchange them with other projects.

Form sheet

The form sheet feature allows you to load editable forms to the background of your documents. Forms are edited separately from the circuit diagram, so that they do not disturb your work, while editing the circuit diagram.

Component list

Component data like identifiers and values of your components are processed automatically, while a circuit diagram is being edited. A structured component list can be generated from the component data, whenever you want. The component list is editable, so you can add e.g. order information or whatever to the list. You have several options to create a component list like the sorting or the grouping of identical values. A components list can contains any or even all pages of your project. You can copy the component list to the clipboard or you can even export the component list, so you can use the data in other programs like Word or Excel.

Dimensions

With sPlan you can easily create different kinds of dimensions. Every dimension is an independent object an can be adjusted at any time. The dimension value can be set automatically or you can define a fixed value. Even the design of the dimensions are editable. This allows you to draw simple technical constructions with sPlan, like case constructions, etc.

Special forms

The special forms helps you to create often needed geometric figures like equilateral polygons, sine curves or tables. The different forms can often be used as a construction aid. So you can use for example an equilateral polygon to arrange several connections of a component circularly.

Active Links

With an external link, you can create an active link to a website in the internet, or to a special file (e.g. a PDF document with a datasheet). With an internal link you can create active links from one place on your diagram to another place. It doesn't matter, if the link is on the same page or on another page. You can follow the links with a simple mouse click, so you are able to create interactive circuit diagrams.

Parent-Child relations

Components can have a Parent-Child relation. A "parent" knows all his "children", and a "child" knows his "parent". This allows a child to get the identifier and the value of his parent. If the parent is changed, the child will change his identifiers automatically. This is a big advantage, especially if you are using contactors and contacts or IC's with several gates.

Printing

sPlan is equipped with a comfortable preview for printouts. Here you can see exactly how your printout will look on your paper. All settings that you make in the preview will be displayed immediately, so you can see that effect of each option, without any waste of paper. You can select the printer, adjust the magnification, the position of the printout on the paper, and so on. You can print a single page, a selection of pages or all pages of your project. The banner function lets you print your drawing spread over several pages. So you can e.g. create a A2 printout with a normal A4-printer.

The Viewer

There is a free viewer-software available for sPlan. With this viewer, everyone is able to open, view and print sPlan files in maximum quality. The current version of this viewer can open all files from sPlan 8.0, 7.0, 6.0, 5.0 and 4.0. If you want to publish your original schematics e.g. in the Internet, you may offer the free viewer software for downloading. So all visitors of your page are able to open. view and print your schematics, no matter if they own sPlan or not.

New graphics engine

sPlan 8.0 now uses the modern Windows graphics engine (Direct2D). This results in a much better and also a considerably faster graphic output. Now you can zoom and navigate smoothly and smoothly even in more complex drawings, which makes working with sPlan much more convenient.
