Volunteer Recognition Event

Hi all,
We have rescheduled the volunteer recognition event for Monday, April 28th from 5 to 630. The event will take place in the Scheurer Room at Swarthmore College and will be catered by Qdoba. Swarthmore coordinators will take care of planning the event but we will need a few things from you.
1) I believe I have a site list from everyone that includes volunteers and coordinators. However, I do not have all the volunteers emails. For this reason, I will be emailing out an invitation later in the day, it is your responsibility to distribute this invitation to the volunteers.
2) For each site, I will need the numbers of returns, the total amount refunded, and any other fact that you would like presented (ie a standout volunteer, or a particularly exciting story from this tax season.)

As for the minutes from last week's meeting, they will be sent out later in the day.
