Dear DelcoAD Group!

DON'T FORGET! Our next Group Meeting is scheduled this Monday, May 6, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at PathWays PA. This is a very important meeting, as we will be recapping the success of your efforts this tax season and discussing the VITA grant re-application. Your ideas and participation is also most required in the strategizing and preparing for our upcoming events. Lastly, we will be engaging in an exercise to brainstorm and hone in on what DelcoAD is and how it should be messaged moving forward in Delaware County on the website, video, and materials.

Attached is a flyer for our Open Coffee House-Resource Fair scheduled for next week, Thursday, May 9 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at The Original Coffee Bar in Collingdale PA. Forward this along! If you have not already notified me of your attendance, please rsvp soon. Volunteers and agency representatives are encouraged to come and speak to the residents about our great team! Representative Nick Miccarelli is co-hosting the event, the theme being Mother's Day, and it precedes a FREE movie night. 

This is our opportunity to reach out and showcase all of our services within the DelcoAD Netwrok and to meet potential new clients. I would like ideas, pamphlets and materials from everyone. If you are not able to participate or represent your services please let me know what I can do to help in your absence.

Hi, Devyn,

I'm sorry that I will be missing these important discussions, and hope that once we re-establish a regular meeting time and date, I will be able to move my schedule to accommodate. I'm anxious to hear the results of the discussions, so be sure to send minutes as soon as they are available! If there is a preliminary video, I'd love to see the unedited copy. Can you send electronically?  Swarthmore College will not need to be represented at the resource fairs.  I strongly endorse participation of the agencies in the consortium, though!

Attached are the minutes from our last group meeting this Monday, May 6, from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM. Please read at your convenience, but note the schedules/meetings in-bold, which will be followed by their own emails. 

Also, if you have not already confirmed your attendance at tomorrow's open house in Collingdale, please do so. You can call me any time too. I can help you with collecting materials for your services. Having volunteers and VITA volunteers would be wonderful to thoroughly explain those pieces to the visitors. It should be a very nice event.

And let me know if you have anything specific you'd like me to mention about your services or DelcoAD in general.
