At this morning's meeting we decided that we needed to have a good half-day or slightly longer retreat to re-assess our situation and figure out where we are going as a coalition.  Mostly in light of our lack of staff and long-term funding prospects.  We are thinking in late October, at which time we will either have found a VISTA or it will be too late and we will know that we're not getting one for the year.
