Good Afternoon,

Thank you to all who have submitted Letters of Support for the CFED application and client information. These letters and information all support our developing a strong submission to CFED – to help us grow and realize DelCo AD’s goals.

Attached please find for your review a Draft of the proposal we have put together for the financial capability partnership opportunity. Many thanks to Clayton Fitch, who many of you met at our last meeting, for his capable crafting and wonderful work on this proposal.

We welcome your suggestions and edits. So that we have time to incorporate your suggestions into the final version, we would greatly appreciate it if we could receive your feedback no later than 4 PM on Friday Feb. 13^th
