We have to have a meeting prior to training day January 24, 2015!

Two questions:  do you want any of the new coordinators at this meeting?; and would someone please set the agenda?  (I'm particularly interested in confirming the training day components:  who is doing what and at what times.)

Suggested agenda items:

Training day - who what when

Confirmation of sites and operational times for each

Distribution of outreach cards?  Have they been produced?

Other promotional - TV/radio/Chester Spirit?

Kick off?
