GetMy.... Functions dosn´t not work on accounts with a lot of items

This functions (soap) are dosn´t work on accounts with a lot of items:

F1:="getMyClosedUnsoldItemAuctionList";
F2:="getMyClosedUnsoldItemFixedPriceList";
F3:="getMyOpenItemAuctionList";
F4:="getMyOpenItemFixedPriceList";
F5:="getMySoldItemAuctionList";
F6:="getMySoldItemFixedPriceList";

In my try i will get item for item (step 1).

if i call this function i get no response from delcampe system (my account = klaus_schneider).

if i call this function with a client account from me with not so much items, it works correct... so it is clear, it is not a problem of my implementation.

please check this.


AND NOW A VERY OLD PROBLEM OF THE SOAP API, THE MISSING FUNCTIONS FOR FEEDBACK TO SET:

PAYMENT RECEIVED,
SHIPMENT DONE

When will it finally give these functions. It's unreasonable for the customer, if this information is not provided. By thousands of transactions I will not do this manually !!!!!

Thank you for your patience. I took a look at your problem using our API, and by my side, I have no problem using it.

Do you tried to use the "number" param which allows you to get only a few items and not all the list ? Perhaps the problem is that you try to get all the list and not a smaller set of results.

no, i get one item not all, but no respose from server.

i try my code with an other account with a low amout of items and it works..

Thank you for your patience.

I tried again myself with your account klaus_schneider the method getMyOpenItemFixedPriceList  with max. 10 items, and it works fine.

Nevertheless, you have more than 80 000 items in this list. But you can only get max 50 000 items. If you don't specify the numberOfItems you get an explicit error inviting you to use this parameter.

I have tested with 10 items all the functions, and here is the result :

Auctions :

- getMySoldItemAuctionList : works fine

- getMyOpenItemAuctionList : works fine

- getMyClosedUnsoldItemAuctionList : works fine

Fixed price : 

- getMySoldItemFixedPriceList : works fine

- getMyOpenItemFixedPriceList : works fine

- getMyClosedUnsoldItemFixedPriceList : the only one to have a problem of "error fetching HTTP headers". I will try to extend to allocated time and memory and will give you feedback when it is done.

i dont need the closed unsold items, if there available functions to arcive and delete them, i has this already deleted.

i start a new try to test this functions. I adjust the timeout for waiting to a response from delcampe server to 30 seconds (normal is 10 sec) and it works, but it is not stable.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it works not (no response reveived). If it works, time between get one item is 20 seconds, this is unusable.

On Accounts with a small amount of items it works without problems. See the following timetable with get of 20 items (step by step with one item Counter:MyItemNr/DelcampeID):
