API-Server timet out from 14.09.2016 11:00 ??? (api.delcampe.net) BIG PROBLEM !!!

the delcampe api-server response is very slow at 14.09.2016. 11:00h

I have set my timeout now to 30 seconds, but in the most cases the server does not send a response in this time.

The problem is, the command will execute, but no response (no error, no success... timeout)

As a result of this.... items will be created multible, deletions are not quit and a lot off other problems....

when is this fixed ??

We have more informations about this problem, it is not a problem from delcampe server (api.delcampe.net), it is a routing problem located by evonet (delcampe hoster)

We have two gateways in our office (vodaphone/kabeldeutschland and german telekom (backup))

Over telekom all works correct, over vodaphone it works not.

The problem starts with evonet system 82.146.120.79

ping to this system is working over telekom, but not over vodaphone

Tracerout over vodaphone dosn´t end, over telekom all is OK (api.delcampe.net)

Problem is now fixed through vodaphone
