Restart DelayedJob from within the app

Hi!
I have a customer who needs to update their app passwords on a regular basis. I noticed that after updating the email password, I needed to stop and start again the DelayedJob worker to get the new password. Is there any way to ask for all the workers based on the app directory to restart, from within the app, for example, using something like touching the `tmp/restart.file` as we use to restart the application?
