List of High Schools with Ultimate Clubs

Hello,
I know there are several high schools in DE that have active Ultimate clubs. Is there a list anywhere? I am trying to get my AD to approve a club but he keeps telling me that there woudn't be anyone to play against. It would be helpful if I could fill him in. Also, what season is Ultimate being played at the HS level? Fall or Spring?
