Venture Crew 905 Announces Private Pilot Ground School
Venture Crew 905, chartered by Youth Aviation Adventure, announces plans for crew members to participate in free ground school instruction. The course will be taught by FAA licensed instructors. This training normally costs a student pilot several hundred dollars. After completing this instruction, youth will be prepared to take the actual FAA private pilot written examination. Classes will be held at the OSU Airport on select Thursday evenings as part of the crew’s regular meeting schedule. Classes will start June 4, 2009 and will complete in spring 2010. New members are welcome to attend. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM.
