Filing complaints-re: Email from BEI

 RE: The Email about filing complaints against commercial ins.  If we are filing a complaint about Excellus not paying and want to mail it , do we mail it to the NYS Dept of Health?  I have some repeated things on the same claims that I get over and over again from Excellus for the same information. This has been going on over two months and I want to send these with the complaint, so am going to mail it.  Don't want to do the online DFS site. It looks like the DOH is handling this, but want to make sure.

 

I did finally get paid by United Health-Empire for the 6 claims submitted.  They declined the first claim and half the second due to patient responsibility and paid 80% of the rest.  I see that Escrow has already credited me for the remainder and I will be getting a check.   I had trouble getting the EOB's in for some reason but EI provider support helped out from their end.
