From the webinar I learned a few things:

 

Medicaid

Checks are "written" weekly on a Monday but then not released to us for 16 days on a Wednesday (ugh) but at least we know

 

We can sign up for direct deposit!!! call CSC 800-343 9000

 

There is a number to call to check on the weekly payment amount- 866-307-5549

 

Interesting info- in a month Medicaid has paid out 51 million - wow mostly to agencies I bet (as we are just starting to see check in del co)

 

Mcguiness

is updating its status to make it easier for us to track payment

 

Insurances

Offer an expedited payment at a reduced rate- it you choose to do this you will get reimbursed through the escrow account for the remittent (anyone understand differently?)  Info from 6-26 email

 

Escrow

Can also be direct deposit

 

I know a lot of us are frustrated with the lack of payment.... but I'd like to thank Christina for all the information she has been providing us with as the webinar was no more helpful than she is!!!! Thanks Christina!!

 

Anyone understand what I wrote differently? OR did anyone take anything else away from the webinar???
