I don't think Christina has anything to do with the billing anymore.  I believe anything we put in now to NYEIS goes directly there and it takes a day to be system approved, or whatever.  I thought that the counties were now out of  this part.  I am not signing anything yet on being paid by Escrow for ins.  If we have to start paying them back out of Escrow? (Even before we get any ins. checks?)  This again is not planned out and there will be problems. I am going to spend some time communicating with the insurance co. first.  Read that Email on this very carefully.

Yes, I did here at home so that means I didn't get it during the County's
working hours. I put my weeks worth of bills in but know they won't be
"uploaded" or whatever Christina has to do with them until Monday at the
earliest. What's your take on the email from BEI re: this issue. What does
the agreement to take 25% mean?

Yes I did. That means all of you who are licensed and having trouble with
the insurance companies will finally be paid. I had a problem with one of
my Medicaid kids due to information that was incorrect in their system. I
just got paid from the escrow account for April, May, and June for that
child instead of being paid by Medicaid sometime next year when they fix
the problem.

I am nervous that this is a "Loan" from the state. They are only going to
reimburse therapist that are missing 75% or more. I don't really
understand the 25% and how they are going to prevent us from getting
additional insurance checks..... It is just to try to fix the problem they
created by jumping into this too soon without a plan.... But we still have
to deal as it is only for april, may, june and july.... what happens after
that???

I am nervous that it is all going to get worse with the new fiscal agent
steps in........

I got an Email message from the BEI on this. I'm going to wait out the
insurance a little bit after I make phone calls and write letters to them
as I don't want money scheduled to be taken out of Escrow monthly if I
don't have to. I won't have any more of the private ins. kids after Aug.
31. Since none of us are getting paid yet by insurance companies, I suspect
we are all owed 100% . Anyway, read carefully before signing. I got a
surprise Escrow check today to cover 6 visits on a child Apr. - end of
June. Mom cancelled alot. They kept recycling her to Medicaid and she
didn't have it anymore, she had nothing. So I am all caught up except for
the insurance ones, about 1500 yet owed.
