I can wait this out.  I am not signing anything.  I will be owed about 1700 and will have only Medicaid kids after Aug. 31 and no room to add anymore due to a large 3-5 program.  How did you find out you were getting close to the denials from the ins. companies?  I am going to call the two ins. co. on Monday when I get home from vacation and if they tell me it went in some direction such as parents, I will send a letter to the parents of the one d/c in May and I have already talked to the other.  If I don't get any money I am going to somehow write it off as a loss on taxes. The county should be informed to watch for this but checks may go straight to the Treasurer's office.  These loans will be all messed up just like the rest.  I don't want to be on any payment plan with with the state.

My Issues??? Do any of you have issues other than mine?

My issues ... how will it impact providers Tax wise--- how will it be
reflected on 1099s as income when we are required to pay it back.
What happens if insurance does not pay whole rate?
what happens in instances where families are being sent providers
reimbursement and are cashing the checks and keeping the money
    themselves???
what kind of accounting nightmare will this open up.

I am close to getting my denials from the 3 private insurance children I
have. So I am not sure it is worth it for me to do anything......

I still am a little unsure on the 25%- I know we will get all of our money
but why do we need to take a loan to fix what the state screwed up???
They should be giving us the money with interest since we've been waiting
    for months......
