Fwd: New Leaks overnight

This is the email from our Tentant, Michel,  we need a temporary coverage for the exposed exterior as soon as possible as the apt is no longer livable since the leaks are no longer in just one area.  I am afraid the ceiling may cave in on him. 

Please let me know how this may be addressed with the whole board?

Hi Amy, 

Hope all is well. I just wanted to let you know that after last nights snow and rain, the water damage on the ceiling got really bad. The building is still exposed and I guess because of the cold weather the rain found its way through all the cracks. The entire living room area was leaking in multiple spots. The square flap by the original leak was just pouring down water. Along the edges. I had to clear my whole living room so it didn’t get damaged. Attaching some photos so you can see the ceiling. I don’t know if you can tell in the photo as it’s dark but I circles where it’s leaking.

In contact with the construction manager,  Lazer he is being proactive.

Hi Nate,

Thank you for your quick response. Lazer was at the apt.  Michel also mentioned that the leaks was more like a downpour of water at where the original leak started.  

Please let us know what the next step is and if there is anything we can assist to prevent this from further damages.
