Engineer Report

We are having an engineer come to inspect all the buildings on
Thursday, March 18th at 10am. He would like to access 4-5 units that
are currently experiencing water penetration caused by exterior
issues.

If you are currently experiencing water penetration issues and will be
home on Thursday morning please contact the board by replying to this
posting.

I have water penetration in my apartment, 794 # A3. I can be home for the 10am inspection, please count me in for Thursday.

We have not yet received the final report, however we can give you an
initial idea of what he discussed during the walk through.
Hopefully the report will arrive before Tuesday evening.
