The issue with very low water pressure at 794 DeKalb is back. I
noticed the problem yesterday and it seems to be getting worse each
day. I would strongly recommend that we have a licensed Plummer
investigate and remediate the situation. I am suggesting this for the
following reasons:

1) Even before the significant reduction in the pressure
yesterday, the “normal” pressure was not up to the standard of what I
have seen in other comparable building in Brooklyn, especially in the
shower (i.e. the pressure issue seem to be an internal one, not
something related to the city or some other external source).

2) The fact that the problem has reoccurred so quickly is a
little frustrating, so if the work is performed by a licensed Plummer
I think there should be some kind of warranty (FYI, the apartments
above the 3rd floor are being impacted the worse).

3) We need an accurate diagnosis of the problem so that we can
fix it, but more importantly get the optimal pressure to all residents
in the building.

Please let me know if I can help in any way, or if you have any
questions.

We are having the same issue (also in 794). I agree with Kevin. It is a burden on the building if this problem is going to repeat itself so frequently.

At 796,the problem is the same since 3 weeks ago. We are on the 3rd floor.  The water is a almost like a dripple in our kitchen sink.  I've spoken to Kim last week and asked her to take a look, however, nothing yet.  But Kevin's suggestion to have a professional plumber is a much better alternative.

If there is extra cost for this as in a special assessment, can we please move forward to vote among the owners or if there is another quicker and more permanent alternative can the board please make some suggestions?

Thanks.

Not sure why but our pressure is back as of last night.
