Dear Neighbors,

I hope you are enjoying the summer.

My wife and I have grown quite concerned about the deteriorating condition of Heritage School. If you haven't visited the facility in some time, I invite you to do so. It is rapidly becoming a potential nucleus for crime and other activities that can harm our community and our children. I encourage you to contact the police and our Board of Education representative, Paul Womack, to voice any concerns.

In light of this as well as other continuing issues, I am wondering if it is in our mutual interest to consider formalizing a civic association for our entire community. A civic association could collect dues to fund a security patrol, monitor zoning issues, organize beautification projects at the park and school among other things to maintain and improve our great neighborhood.

Please let me know your thoughts,

My wife and I would be interested in helping out with the formalizing of
a civic association for the neighborhood/ community. Let me know if
there is anything that I can do to help you to get it moving forward.
