Agreed with what Pablo said!
Here I also would like to give a big thank to the 2
senior gentlemen who commented very convincible facts:
1. "... according
to the military school plan, obviously that
is definitely NOT a temporary site..."
(quoted from
the senior construction business runner / professional)
(Pls correct me if
I'm wrong)
2. "... I have seen such kind of
public project kicking off without public hearing at the beginning stage..
"
(quoted from the
Harvard graduate)
(Pls correct me
if I'm wrong)
I'm not sure
how many of you believed what Dr.Lewis said ".... the reason for
us not put the information publically is because the plan is not officialy
approved...". ???
My feeling is that:
It sounds like: the the
root cause to make such wrong decision was due to the financial
perspective, accord to the "facts" they showed us tonight.
That means it
will cost less to build up the school at the Heritage Center than other
locations as the existing facility is much better.
They care about the
finance. But who care about our safety???
What we heard from them tonight is that they promise this and
that.
I agreed with one lady
commented today:
"....I'm afraid that none of these Dekalb school
board members would like to have such kind of military school set up at their
frontyard or backyard, even it's for temporary..."
(Pls correct me
if I'm wrong)
Be honesty, no
one can guarantee the 100% safety then, even they made
the promise tonight.
Once the
horrible things happened to our neighbors, who'll be the victim then?
Dr.Lewis, or Dekalb school board???
Who will
take the full responsibility and compensate you? Still Dr.Lewis, or Dekalb
school board???
What happens if they
want to set that school permanently years later for some "justified"
reasons???
If we're lucky
enough, hope we could still find those people who're sitting on the stage
tonight then. And hope they still remember their promise
tonight.
