Independent Lowers hardware for Victory

+Last year, I installed both a Memphis Fats 13" gradient blue
windshield and Memphis Independent Lowers on my 1999 Victory V92C and
subsequently have over 55,000 miles riding behind them (61,000+ miles
currently on the bike). (I've submitted a photo for your web page
separately.)
The price was reasonable and I'm extremely pleased with the aesthetics
and durability of your product as well as the weather protection
afforded me. As a result, I refer other owners repeatedly.
However, without fail, every Victory owner has told me that they are
unable to obtain the Lowers hardware for the 45mm forks on their
Victorys even though I have it on mine. They are told that it is either
unavailable and/or in R&D. Since I obtained and installed mine without
difficulty, I find this difficult to understand.
There are nearly 750 owners in our Victory Motorcycles online
discussion group, and this topic comes up repeatedly. Since prospective
purchasers want Lowers matching their windshield, many go to your
competition for both, warranting your attention.
On a recent cross-country ride (from New York) three of us on Victorys
(two with Memphis Shades windshields) rode through Collierville, not
knowing that you were located there (thought you were in Knoxville%^).
Our intention was to stop and discuss this problem. Our loss, since we
would have loved to visit you.
Would you kindly look into this problem and hopefully advise of a
speedy resolution?

The MEM9889 mounting hardware is available for the Victory. It has been
our for a while. Please let everyone know.
