I tried to start something provocative, but I used up all my best stuff
last May. What ever shall I do?

Hey Stabes! I thought that was what I was kindasorta doing... :)

Long time no chat - how's everything off Haggerty Road?

Since Dave didn't answer...I will ;-) Haggerty was actually quite
slippery this morning...only took 75 minutes to get to work!

Nice pictures. Was the trip to the Falls a group trip? I remember
stopping there on the way to BBCE. One of goals this year is to get my
pictures organized. If I find any good ones, I'll be sure to share
them. renee

Wow - somebody actually responded! Thanks Renee! Sorry to hear about
the drive. One of my partners drives in from Milford, so he got to
enjoy a similar trip to you. Do you take 96, 14, or the back-roads?

Yes, the trip was on the way to BBCE in March-ish of 1978. Kind of a
life-changing one for me sorta kinda, but then again maybe not. How's
that for conviction?

Joyce and I had only been dating about 3 months at the time; last
December we celebrated the 22 anniversary of our first date. Too bad
Farrell's wasn't there for us to return to...

I take the back roads...M36 to East Shore (Whitmore Lake) to 7 mile.
It's a nice drive.

If you really miss it, we can create a Zoo for you ;-)

I love that route! Doesn't Al Duffey live along there someplace
(near "The Munsters' house" or something?)

> Too bad Farrell's wasn't there for us to return to...

Yeah...guess I'd settle for Guernsey's ice cream, but it's just not the
same...

Think I had a Pig's Trough that night...she had a Staw-Ana. Awww...

Don't know where the Munster's house is but Al lives on Tower which is
at the curve before Angle Road. Never see him driving around though.

Guernsey's ice cream

Have you tried the pumpkin flavor? Tastes just like pumpkin pie.
Yum! (That's Ferby language.)

The Pig Trough...that's what I was trying to think of but could only
think of the Zoo. Didn't you get a prize or more ice cream if you
finished the Pig Trough?

...she had a Staw-Ana. Awww... I don't remember that one. Actually, I
liked those big round suckers with the different colors!

can "chew the fat" with him. He was one of my dudes in school.

There's a house over there with a quasi-Gothic look, though it's gray,
pink, and white (I think). North side of 7 Mile.

Nope, just Choco Malt Chip and Butter Pecan. Sounds interesting.

You got a lovely ribbon. Perhaps I didn't get one that night; wouldn't
want to show off TOO much... :{)>

Didn't think I was known for that back then. :) I try to be moreso
nowadays, but I don't always succeed.
