Everyone getting ready for the big new year's celebration?? What does
everyone have planned?? Me-I get to stay home as hubby is working
making sure that all their systems stay running. But I don't
understand, they have planned and planned and spent millions of dollars
just to make sure that they won't go down, why do they have to sit and
watch it if they know it is not going to happen????
Did I spell millennium correctly Margaret??

Pet Peeve: 1/1/2000 is not the beginning of the new millenium, nor is
12/31/1999 the end of this one. 1/1/2001 is the beginning of the new
millenium. I can't believe how many companies turn a blind eye to this
blatant fact just so they can advertise something. AAaaaarrrrrrgh.

We'll probably be sleeping.

This is one of my husband's pet peeve's as well. He was lecturing our
son about this yesterday. Hmmm, I wonder if they will try to sell the
new millenium again next year???

We'll either be sleeping or not sleeping. We haven't made any plans.

Oh my--sorry I brought it up. Well, even tho it is not the REAL
millenium, it is still cool to be in the year 2000.

Have now been invited to a party "two doors down". So, Philly and I
will have something to do.
Guy next door (Ypsi cop) said that he would spend it sitting on his
roof with every gun he has waiting for someone to come looting. Can he
spell LUNATIC??? AND he is protecting us???
