procomm32 fax header missing

My fax headers are missing from all faxes I send with procomm32 fax 4.7
Has any else had this problem?

This was a problem with older versions of Procomm with some modems, but I
thought it was fixed in version 4.7. Have you looked in Setup to make sure
that fax headers are turned on (they should be by default)? Open Setup, click
on the Fax tab, then click on the User Info button, and finally the Fax Header
tab. By default, sender's name, sender's fax number, page numbers, and date
and time headers are enabled.
