Have any of you "Dunebuggy Crazies" ever done a Type 4 in your buggy?
What performance gains should I expect with a stock 1700 T4 in a Manx
clone?
I have started a new
site called the "Meyers Manx and Hot Dune Buggies" website where I hope
to eventually have a vast collection showing all different "Streetable"
buggies. It can be found at
http://www.geocities.com/danielmacmillan/index.htm or follow the link
from the Kyote site. If you want to have your buggy on this new site
just drop me an email.
Manxmaniac's ride is there as is an unknown Renegade and my Manx clone.
Please have a look aand if you can, identify my clone body.
Take care
Dan

Hey Dan, Towd-Dude has a El Lobo F/G DuneBuggy with a 2242cc
(104mm bore X 66mm stroke)Type IV engine with dual 44 IDF Webers & it
runs pretty darn good! He's going to pull the El Lobo body off & detail
the pan & put his new Classic Signature Manx body on it. I think it
will be one awesome ride! I've seen other DuneBuggys with Type IVs &
they not only run well, but they look great too! Have Fun...ManxManiac
