***MY thoughts:::::: She'll show more acceptance to Camilla than she
would to Diana...... amazing..... And...... sadly..... Charles
expects more for Camilla than he ever did for Diana.... that is
evident and it shows 110% that he always loved Camilla and never cared
about Diana. Val

CHARLES ON BOOST BEHAVIOUR
BREAKING NEWS

By SUN ONLINE REPORTER

PRINCE Charles is back on royal duty after the Queen gave a huge boost
to his relationship with mistress Camilla Parker Bowles.

Charles took the salute at the last official parade of Dunkirk veterans
on the 60th anniversary of the wartime evacuation of British troops
from the French port.

Hundreds of veterans - who were among the 338,226 troops rescued from
the beaches in 1940 - stood in formation, their medals glittering in
the sunshine.

Around 700 marched past the Prince outside Dunkirk's town hall, while
another 100, who were unable to walk, watched from the crowd.

Royal sources today made it clear that divorcee Camilla, 52, will NOT
be invited to go on formal engagements with Charles, despite
yesterday's public display of acceptance when the Queen chatted to her
for ten minutes at a birthday party for ex-King Constantine of Greece.

But the move was the biggest step yet in the “normalisation” of the
Prince and Camilla’s relationship, which has already seen her
introduced to Princes William and Harry and appearing alongside Charles
at private functions.

The 60th birthday of King Constantine, who lives in exile in Hampstead,
North London, was the ideal opportunity to bring Camilla and the Queen
together.

King Constantine is a close friend of the Queen but is also a friend of
Camilla.

Buckingham Palace confirmed the highly significant meeting,
saying: “The Queen attended a birthday party for King Constantine given
by the Prince of Wales at Highgrove and Mrs Parker Bowles was among the
guests."

It is understood that the Queen knew Camilla would be there when she
decided to attend.

The meeting was immediately seen as a significant thawing in her
attitude to her son’s lover.

Around 100 guests attended the birthday barbeque at Highgrove,
including Prince William, who is 18 later this month, and 15-year-old
Harry, who were on half-term holiday from Eton.

The Queen has known Camilla for many years, before and after her failed
marriage to Andrew Parker Bowles, but had rarely met her in public or
private.
