The song starts off with a the first line from "It's Too Late" and ala
Janet Jackson's "Got Till It's Gone" features a snippet from "Up on the
Roof" sung by CK and Tarsha. CK also gets to sing a line about Joni
Mitchell in the final chorus.
Here's hoping this clicks --not only for Carole's sake, but, also for
Ms. Vega's. She is the most promising new artist I've heard since Macy
Gray.

Before you buy.
And, I too, like the song. It's fresher than anything I've heard from
young female songstresses (Brittany, Christina and the lot) in ages.
It's not a song written just to display how much someone can copy
Whitney Houston/Mariah's endless-endless-endless-endless warbling, but a
song to be sung so that the song is the star, not the singer, though
both singers shine here!
