Having opted for a very traditional set of names for my eldest
daughter: Elizabeth Sophia, we were stuck over what to call daughter
number two. We wanted a name that would "match" Elizabeth's but which
would be a more creative choice. The name she was given was Alice
Lavender and it suits her really well. But our choice of name has had
a varied response! Everyone liked "Alice", but some people disliked
the Lavender whilst others thought it the sweetest name out. Anyway
the Lavender will always bloom around her birthday and we love her very
much...

I really like the name Alice. I will admit Lavender is kind of odd, but
since it has a special meaning to you I say it's very sweet:)
