Two other car parks at Blid

I have been reading with interest all your posts about Blidworth,
mostly because I live close to their and many times take my dog for
walks there and my son goes horse riding in those woods.
My wife and I have also used those woods for other things as well but
we use one of the other car parks. There are 5 that I know about around
that area, but must admit we have not used the two main ones that most
people on this list use. Someone mentiond that the car park around the
corner at the bottem of rigg's lane is used mainly by gay's, one or two
use it but we haven't seen that many there. They mostly park on the
parking placers on rigg's lane it self.
Its not a very big car park but I have never seen it with more than 3
or
4 cars and 1 or 2 works vans there at the most at any one time. There
is 2 other car parks within half mile or so, one I wouldn't suggest as
it is next to a couple of houses. the other is down one of the other
lanes from Blidworth to the main Nottingham road. That one is also
quiet or it has been every time we have been, I know there are one or
two men that drive around all the car parks we have seen them a few
times.
Perhaps it might be worth thinking about useing one of the other
car parks by the good people on this list (sorry don't know what they
are like at night time as we don't go out at night). If any of you want
to know where they all are I could scan a map of the area highlighting
all the car parks in that area.
I know they arn't well used when we have been their but it may be worth
starting to use one of the others by list members till it builds up or
get's over run by the jerk off's again. You could always use the other
car park for pr-arranged meetings like we do then you won't have had a
waisted journey perhaps there may by some others there as well when you
go.
If you want more details about the other car parks let me know and I
will sort out the map and either send it to you or post it somewhere,
where you all members on the list can view it.

I would appreciate a copy of the map you refer to as I'm from out of
the area and new to the dogging scene. I'm glad you both manage to
have some fun in the woods during the day etc.
